Applications	Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and Paraffin): 1:10-1:40. Recommended dilution buffer is PBS, 1% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specificity	Recognizes Mucin. Shows specificity to gastric mucosa, but is also reactive with stomach and colon carcinomas. Most breast carcinomas are negative. Reactive with the g epitope on Mucin M1. Species Crossreactivity: Human, chicken, most mammals (including monkey, feline, porcine, rat, mouse, rabbit, hedgehog). Does not react with bovine.
