M4701-05M Mouse Anti-Mucin 5AC (MUC5AC, Apomucin, Gastric Mucin, Major Airway Glycoprotein, MUC5, Mucin 5 Subtype AC Tracheobronchial, Mucin 5 Subtypes A and C, Mucin 5 Subtypes A and C Tracheobronchial/gastric, Mucin 5AC Oligomeric Mucus/gel Forming, Tracheobronchial Mucin, TBM, Lewis B Blood Group Antigen, LeB)
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (frozen): Strongly positive on ethanol fixed epithelial cells. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Very strong positive reaction with ethanol fixed tissues. On formalin postfixed tissues, a protease pretreatment is recommended. Western Blot: Strongly positive without b mercaptoethanol pretreatment of mucin solution. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma
SP2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
