| Mycoplasma pneumoniae is a bacterium distinguished phenotypically from other bacteria by the lack of a peptidoglycan cell wall, that is a common causative agent of atypical pneumonia in young humans. Central nervous system (CNS) manifestations are the most frequent extrapulmonary complications, and include encephalitis, aseptic meningitis, cerebellar ataxia, and myelitis. | | | Catalog # | M9750-19A | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
