| The Netrin-G1 ligand (NGL-1) promotes the outgrowth of thalamocortical axons. Human netrin G1 ligand is a transmembrane protein containing leucine-rich repeat (LRR) and immunoglobulin (Ig) domains that specifically interacts with netrin-G1 through its LRR region. Postsynaptic netrin-G ligand (NGL) CAMs associate with netrin-G CAMs in an isoform-specific manner and, through their cytosolic tail, with the abundant postsynaptic scaffold postsynaptic density-95 (PSD-95). | | | Catalog # | N1193-10M | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot.
