Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Ascites B IH
Catalog #N2160-02A
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 1:5000 detects phospho-neurofilament, medium chain in a rat brain microsomal preparation. Lambda phosphatase treated and untreated rat brain microsomal preparations were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-phospho-Neurofilament, medium chain (1:5000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a goat antimouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Immunohistochemistry Detects phospho-neurofilament in rat embryo spinal cords (1).
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
