| Neurofilaments, the intermediate filaments of neurons, are composed of three polypeptides with a moleculer weight respecitively of, 70, 160 and 200kD. The three polypeptides can be differentially expressed during neuronal development, or in adult brain tissue. Antibodies directed against the three different neurofilament proteins can be an important aid in studying neurofilament expression pattern and in testing of tumors. | | | Catalog # | N2160-02F | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
