Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified B IH
Catalog #N2160-06B1
Neurofilaments contain three intermediate filament proteins light (68kD), medium (160kD) and heavy (200kD). Neurofilament heavy (NF200 or NF-H) is phosphorylated and it is thought that this results in the formation of interfilament cross bridges that are important in the maintenance of axonal caliber.
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 0.5ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (formalin,paraffin, acetone): 1-2ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
