ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry (paraffin-embedded sections). Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: Detects a band of approximately 65.155,200kD.
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin-embedded sections): Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval via the pressure cooker method before commencing with IHC staining protocol. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues REQUIRES boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
