Applications	Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and RIA. Synthetic NPY completely abolishes radio-labeled NPY binding to NPY antibody in RIA and antibody binding to tissue antigen. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Immunohistochemistry: 1:5000 on rabbit and guinea pig using an ABC detection method.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
