Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Rat Affinity Purified FC
In mice, NKG2 subunits associate with CD94 to form heterodimers at the surface of natural killer (NK) cells. The CD94/NKG2 heterodimer is the receptor for a non-classical MHC class I ligand, which is Qa-1 in the mouse.
Catalog #N2851-75T
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionFlow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
