nNOS, otherwise known as nitric oxide synthase 1 (neuronal), is a membrane protein and member of the NOS family, expressed in central and peripheral nervous tissue, which produces the neurotransmitter-like messenger nitric oxide (NO), from the oxidation of a guanidine nitrogen of L-arginine.

Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
