| Immunohistochemistry: Use at 5–10ug/ml on rat neuronal sections fixed with 3.5% paraformaldehyde. Incubation overnight at 4°C with a 1:100–1:500 dilution. ABC (peroxidase) detection. Positive staining of Purkinje cells and Layer 5 primary neurons. Western blot: 1–10ug/ml with chemiluminescent detection. Higher concentrations of the antibody may be necessary if colorimetric detection is used. Antibody dilution will also vary with the concentration of antigen. Then antibody should recognize a 155kD protein.
