Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) catalyses the formation of nitric oxide, an important messenger molecule in functions such as homeostasis and synaptic plasticity. NOS is classified into three types	(1) neuronal NOS (nNOS) or brain NOS (bNOS) (2) inducible NOS (iNOS) or macrophage NOS (mNOS) and (3) endothelial NOS (eNOS).
Applications
	Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
