Specifications

Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Purified E B
Endothelial NO synthase produces nitric axide (NO) which plays a crucial role in cardiovascular homeostasis. Activation of the enzyme and NO production can be induced by phosphorylation of eNOS at serine 1177 by activated Akt/PKB.
Catalog #N5350-26A
ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionELISA: 0.1ug/ml
Western Blot: 2ug/ml for HRP/ECL detection.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
