Nitric oxide thus generated acts as a messenger in diverse functions including vasodilation neurotransmission, anti-tumor and anti-pathogenic activities. NOS is classified under three types | neuronal NOS (nNOS) or brain NOS (bNOS); induciblr NOS (iNOS) or macrophage NOS (mNOS); and endothelial NOS (eNOS). | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilutions | Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:50 for 60 minutes. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Positive Control | Capillary endothelium, regenerating endothelium | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
