Specifications

Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Rabbit Affinity Purified B
N-ethylmaleimide sensitive fusion protein (NSF), a trimeric ATPase component of the SNARE protein complex. It catalyses the fusion of transport vesicles within the Golgi cisternae and is also involved in transport from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi stack. NSF seems to function as a fusion protein required for the delivery of cargo proteins to all compartments of the Golgi stack regardless of vesicle origin.
Catalog #N5396-01A
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
