Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: Boiling sample before SDS-PAGE is not recommended. Samples should be kept at 37ºC for 30 min.
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): Neat; Suggested incubation time: 1 hr at RT.

SpecificityRecognizes human OATP2 at ~90kD. Using immunofluorescence microscopy this antibody stains the sinusoidal (basolateral) membranes in frozen sections of human liver, hepatocellular carcinoma and the human cell line HEK293 transfected with SLC21A6.
