Specifications

Oligo dT Cellulose is used for affinity purification of poly(A)-mRNA. Oligo dT Cellulose is composed of thymidine homopolymer chains (up to 10-mer) coupled to cellulose via carbodiimide mediated activation. Solutions are stable in the pH range 3-10.
