TPBG is a leucine-rich transmembrane glycoprotein that may be involved in cell adhesion. It is an oncofetal antigen that is specific to trophoblast cells. In adults, this protein is highly expressed in many tumor cells and is associated with poor clinical outcome in numerous cancers.

Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000
Flow cytometry: 1:10-1:100

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
