| Paraherquamide E is a member of the paraherquamide family which cause a potent non-toxic paralysis of nematodes and has led to the investigation of their potential as anthelmintics. Although paraherquamide A has received more attention, paraherquamide E has been shown to be the more potent anthelmintic in vivo.
