State Highly purified enzyme in solution
1ml of solution contains the following
Protein (10-15mg)
Glycerol (50%)
MgCl2 (5.0mM ± 5%)
ZnCl2 (0.1mM ± 5%)
Tris-HCl (10mM ± 5%)
pH (7.5 ± 0.5)
ApplicationSuitable for use as a calibrator or control serum.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
FormSupplied as solution in 50% glycerol.
