| Phosphodiesterase 1C is a cAMP/cGMP dual-specific, calcium/calmodullin-dependent phosphodiesterase. PDE1C has been shown to affect vascular smooth muscle proliferation and atherosclerosis, insulin secretion regulation, spermatozoa development, and erectile dysfunction.
