Recommended DilutionsWestern Blot: 1:250-1:1000 detects PLCe in RIPA lysates from human foreskin fibroblast (HFF) cells. HFF cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with P4074-41R. Proteins were visualized using goat anti-mouse (HRP) secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
