| Recombinant human platelet derived growth factor AA is a homodimeric, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 2x125aa and having a total molecular weight of 28.5kD. The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined to be Ser-Ile-Glu-Glu-Ala. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C.
