Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 1:500-1:1000 detected PPARg phosphorylated at Ser82 in RIPA lysates from 3T3/L1 cells. Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
