Prostaglandins (PGs) are signalling molecules that modulate physiological or pathologic functions such as platelet aggregation, vascular tone, gastric cytoprotection, uterine contraction, inflammatory responses, cancer, and Alzheimer’s Disease.

Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Western Blot: 1-10ug/ml using ECL.
	ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml. Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1ug/ml.
	Immunohistochemistry: 2-20ug/ml in paraformaldehyde fixed tissue sections.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
