| BRFF-P4-8F™ was designed to grow the immortalized normal prostatic cell line 267-B1. It also supports the growth of certain established human prostatic cancer cell lines such as PC-3. For optimum cell attachment, use FNC Coating Mix®. | | | Ready-to-use with all necessary growth factors. Antibiotic-free. | | | Catalog # | P9054-01 | | Storage | Store at -70°C. Supplied frozen. | | Stability at 4°C | 4-6 weeks | | pH | 7.2-7.5 (5% CO2 atmosphere is recommended for culture.) | | Osmolality | 270-300mOsM | | Sterility Test | Specification: Detection of microbial growth. | | Test Sample: 0.1ml into each of the following media (in triplicate) | | Incubation Conditions: 37°C/48 hrs | | Functional Test | Specification: Growth of cell line 276-B1 to confluence. One vial containing 1-5x10e6 cells is quick thawed, washed with 10ml of medium, suspended in 10ml of medium and applied to a T-25 flask pre-coated with FNC Coating Mix®.
