| PGP9.5 1-223aa | | | Catalog # | P9102-70H | | PGP9.5/UCH-L1 is a member of a gene family whose products hydrolyze small C-terminal adducts of ubiquitin to generate the ubiquitin monomer. PGP9.5 is a component of the ubiquitin system, which has a fundamental role in regulating various biological activities. PGP9.5 gene encodes two opposing enzymatic activities that affect alpha-synuclein degradation and Parkinson's disease susceptibility. Recombinant PGP9.5 protein was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. | | Molecular Weight | 24.8kD (223 a.a) | | (Real molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will be shift up) | | Purity | > 95% by SDS PAGE Concentration : 1 mg/ml | | Sequence | MQLKPMEINP EMLNKVLSRL GVAGQWRFVD VLGLEEESLG SVPAPACALL LLFPLTAQHE | | NFRKKQIEEL KGQEVSPKVY FMKQTIGNSC GTIGLIHAVA NNQDKLGFED GSVLKQFLSE | | TEKMSPEDRA KCFEKNEAIQ AAHDAVAQEG QCRVDDKVNF HFILFNNVDG HLYELDGRMP | | FPVNHGASSE DTLLKDAAKV CREFTEREQG EVRFSAVALC KAA | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
