Specifications

Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified IH
Podoplanin is absent on blood endothelium and therefore this product is readily able to distinguish between lymphatic vessels and blood vasculature. Although the specific function of this protein is undetermined, Podoplanin is reported to be a reliable indicator of tumor lymphangiogenesis.
Catalog #P9104-91
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionImmunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin): 0.75-2ug/ml
Note: Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Use sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
