| PPP4C belongs to the PPP phosphatase family, PP-X subfamily, and may participate in microtubule organization. Both overexpression and RNA interference experiments indicate that HDAC3 activity is inversely proportional to the cellular abundance of PPP4C. The PPP4C gene maps to chromosome 16p12-p11. Several translocations associated with acute leukemias have been mapped to this region of chromosome 16p. | | | Catalog # | P9107-51F | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
