ApplicationSuitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, regulation, and to dephosphorylate target substrates. Other applications not tested.
Assay buffer 50 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 2 mM EDTA, 3 mM DTT, 100 mM NaCl, 50mM pNPP.
Storage and StabilityFor long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
