| PTEN/MMAC1, a tumor suppressor, has been implicated in a large number of human tumors and is conserved from humans to worms. Mutations in the PTEN are associated with several common cancers including prostate, brain and breast cancer, and with Cowden’s disease, an autosomal dominant disorder, which confers a high susceptibility to benign and malignant tumors. | | | Catalog # | P9182-04B | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot.
