Quality Control Testing Immunoblot Analysis 1:1000 dilutions of this lot detected phospho-Pyk2 (Tyr402) in RIPA lysate of Pyk2 transfected CEF cells. Lysates from untransfected (Lane 1) and Pyk2 transfected (lanes 2 and 3) CEF cells grown on fibronectin were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to
nitrocellulose, and probed with antiphospho-Pyk2 (Tyr402) for 2 hours at room temperature. Lane 3 was pre-incubated with the blocking peptide immunogen corresponding to phospho-Pyk2 (Tyr402). Proteins were visualized via HRP and chemiluminescent detection. Arrow indicates phospho-Pyk2.
