Specifications

Recombinant mouse CD254, otherwise known as sRANKL, is a 19.4kD soluble protein comprising the full-length of the TNF-like extracellular domain of RANKL, involved in the induction of osteoclast differentiation. CD254 is expressed on T lymphocytes and acts to augment the ability of dendritic cells to stimulate naïve T-cell proliferation in a mixed lymphocyte reaction.
