| RANKR, a member of the TNFR superfamily, is a type I transmembrane protein. RANK and RANKL have shown to be important regulators of the interactions between T-cells and dendritic cells. RANK is essential for RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis. In the presence of M-CSF in bone marrow cultures, RANKL stimulates osteoclastogensis and activation of mature osteoclasts to resorb bone by binding to RANKR. Human RANK is a soluble 19.3kDa protein containing 175 amino acid residues, comprising of the full-length of the TNF receptor-like extracellular domain of RANK Receptor. | | | | | | Purity: 98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses | | | Catalog # | R1075-75 | | Endotoxin | 0.1ng/ug (1EU/ug). | | Form | Sterile ltered solution lyophilized from 10mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.2. | | Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to suppress the production of IFN-gamma from human PBMC (peripheral blood mononuclear cells)s. | | AA Sequence | MQIAPPCTSE KHYEHLGRCC NKCEPGKYMS SKCTTTSDSV CLPCGPDEYL DSWNEEDKCL LHKVCDTGKA LVAVVAGNST TPRRCACTAG YHWSQDCECC RRNTECAPGL GAQHPLQLNK DTVCKPCLAG YFSDAFSSTD KCRPWTNCTF LGKRVEHHGT EKSDAVCSSS LPARK | | Reconstitution | We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution in water to a concentration of 0.1–1mg/ml.
