ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml (using 100µl/well antibody solution) allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant mouse RELM alpha.
Western Blot: 0.1-2ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant mouse RELM alpha is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Immunohistochemistry: 4ng/ml. Incubate overnight at 4ºC. Heat induced antigen retrieval using 100mM citric acid is recommended. Stained 4% PFA, paraffin-embedded sections of mouse cecum tissue (with positive cells infiltrating the Lamina Propia of a Trichuris muris infected mouse.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
