Polyclonal Rabbit Affinity Purified E B
Catalog #R1587-04A
ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionELISA: To detect mRELM by direct ELISA (using 100µl/well antibody solution) a concentration of at least 0.5µg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant mRELM .
Western Blot: To detect mRELM by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mRELM is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Reconstitution:
Reconstitute to 0.2mg/ml with sterile dH2O or sterile 40-50% glycerol for long term storage.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
