Polyclonal Rabbit Serum E
Catalog #R1998-25G
RhoGap12 encodes a potent Rho GTPase-activating protein. The protein is ubiquitously expressed in wide range of normal tissues and tumor cell lines. The protein contains five domains rhoGAP, SH3, PH and two WW domains. Human RhoGap12 gene is located in chromosome 10pter-cen and consists of 20 exons. The protein acts as a linker between Rho signal pathways and other pathways.
