Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 1:2000-5000
	Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1000. Fibers located between caudate and pulvinar nucleus of monkey brain.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Specificity	Using a conjugate Riboflavin-protein carrier (BSA), antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds :

(a)	Riboflavin-BSA concentration/unconjugated or conjugated compound concentration at half displacement.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
