Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a rapidly growing budding yeast commonly used in brewing and baking. S. cerevisiae has been studied intensively as a eukaryotic cell model as it is easy to culture but maintains the internal complexity of plant and animal cells.

Applications	Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. It is also suitable for conjugation purposes. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
