Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA and mmunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Immunofluorescence (Direct): 1:10-1:50. Stains target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system. Note: Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Recommended Pair	Suitable for use as the detection or conjugate (label) antibody.
	Matched to S0060-21 as the capture or solid phase antibody.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
