| The SARS (Severe acute respiratory syndrome) Membrane glycoprotein, also known as M protein, is predicted to contain a triple-spanning transmembrane region, a small external N-terminal domain and a longer C-terminal region in the interior. SARS M Protein is the major component of the virion envelope, and has an important structural role. The protein is also believed to interact with the Spike and Nucleocapsid proteins and also to participate in virion assembly. | | | Catalog # | S0098-41A | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA.
