| Human securin is also referred to as pituitary tumor- transforming gene-1. It is required for chromosomal stability in human cells for the maintenance of euploidy. Its expression correlates with cell proliferation in a cellcycle dependent manner in normal tissues and several tumor types. Human securin binds to Ku, the controlling subunit of the DNA-dependent protein kinase. This antibody will help detect human securin and further characterize its expression in various tissues. | | | Catalog # | S0379-80E | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
