Serpin A4, also called Kallistatin, Kallikrein inhibitor and protease inhibitor 4, is a member of the Serpin family of serine protease inhibitors. It also functions as an inhibitor of angiogenesis and tumor growth.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA Capture: 2-8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma
NSO myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
