sFRP-3, also known as FRZB, Fritz, Frzb1 and FRP-3, is expressed in the developing bone and cartilage as well as several adult tissues. It functions as an antagonist of Wnt
signaling.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 1-2ug/ml Detects human and mouse sFRRP-3. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhsFRP-3 is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing conditions.
Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml Detects human and mouse sFRP-3. The detection limit for rhsFRP-3 is ~10ng/well.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
HybridomaFusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human secreted Frizzled Related Protein-3 (rhsFRP-3).
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
