SFRP3, also known as FRZB, Fritz, Frzb1 and FRP-3, is expressed in the developing bone and cartilage as well as several adult tissues. It functions as an antagonist of Wnt
signaling.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml; The detection limit is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. In this format, shows ~60% crossreactivity with recombinant human SFRP3.
Immunohistochemistry: 2-5ug/ml; Detects SFRP3 in cells and tissues.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile TBS, pH 7.3, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
