HepG2 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Smad3 (2ug/ml) preincubated with or without immunogenic peptide. Proteins were visualized using a goat antirabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an enhanced chemiluminescence detection system. |
