Specifications

Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Goat Affinity Purified B
Catalog #S1014-97J
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 0.2-1.0ug/ml. By Western blot, this antibody detects a band of 40-45kD in 293 and human kidney cell lysate, which corresponds to the predicted molecular weight of SNX 15 (predicted MW 40kD according to NP_037438).
A single band (approx. 30-35kD, probably representing the shorter isoform) was observed in human heart lysate.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control
293 or human kidney cell lysate
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
