SOCS1 is a member of the STAT-induced STAT inhibitor (SSI), also known as suppressor of cytokine signaling(SOCS), family. SSI family members are cytokine-inducible negative regulators of cytokine signaling.

Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 2.5ug/ml

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
