S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 (SKP2) is a subunit in the SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein E3 ubiquitin protein ligase complex. This complex mediates the ubiquitination and the subsequent degradation of proteins involved in cell cycle progression, signal transduction and transcription.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Western Blot: 1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin and Formalin): 1.2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with 100ul sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C.
