| Stabilin-interacting chitinase like protein (SI-CLP), a novel member of the Glyco_18-domain containing protein family. SI-CLP is a secretory protein which is up-regulated in response to interleukin-4 and dexamethasone in alternatively activated macrophages. SI-CLP is also expressed by T- and B-lymphocytes, and by cells of monocytic and epithelial origin. SI-CLP is the ligand for stabilin-1, an intracellular sorting receptor which sorts SI-CLP into late endosomes and secretory lysosomes in activated macrophages. | | | Catalog # | S7950-56 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, and Western Blot.
